- Check-out time: 11am
- Lobby hours: 9:30pm – 6pm
- Cancellation policy: 72-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If you cancel prior to 72 hours of check-in, there is no penalty. Within 72 hours of check-in, there is a penalty equal to one night of stay, plus tax.
- Pool hours: 7am to 10pm
- No flotation devices, toys, or horseplay are allowed in the pool
- No Smoking on hotel grounds: A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if violated

Our large suites are well suited for families and groups. Please keep in mind the courtyard pool area is an adult atmosphere. No flotation devices, toys, or horseplay are allowed. Safety devices are permitted for children under 2 years old. Adult supervision required at all times.
We love our furry friends. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we do however, have pet policies that must be adhered to.
- $100 per pet per stay for standard rooms
- Maximum two pets per room.
- Pets must be leashed at all times when coming and going to rooms.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool or any common areas at anytime.
- If leaving a pet unattended in the room, please notify the front desk and provide a contact number.
- Pets are not allowed on couches, beds, chairs or other common furnishings without proper covering. We will be happy to provide towels or blankets for use.
- You are responsible for any damages incurred by your pet and will be charged appropriately in the event of damages should occur.
- All sizes are welcome.
